Git( Gitflow or Github flow)，and code review, CI/CD pipelines for automation, etc.
Embrace Agile/Scrum, brainstorming, XP/TDD, Clean Code, etc
No meetings, use messaging tools instead of tedious meetings and disturbed face-to-face communications
No work reports, use tools to track your work and generate reports automatically.
Encourage innovation，think twice before acting, try(by writing POC, MVP, etc ) before saying "it is impossible", and concentrate on your work(time management and self-management are a must )
Remotely is possible, working from home or anywhere is recommended.
No fixed working time

国内公司少之又少。

外企这些很常见。

我目前是 Freelancer，有时也会参与到一些国外 Startup 项目，人家从来不要求每周工作 40 小时或者以上，更不用说 996 之类的。过去几年中其中有一家基本上做到我上面写到所有的条目，No meetings 是他们企业文化的第一条。尽可能用工具解决的问题，减少沟通成本。那时我才知道 https://stackshare.io/ 这个网站。

我觉得还有一点，就是一个相对 nice 的氛围。有些 leader 虽然也搞技术，但是太不平易近人了也不好…

丰富的技术资料库，鼓励员工在内网发布技术文章（奖金），每周都有技术分享，定期发布技术汇总刊物，购买相关领域知名的期刊或会议资料，等等
