digitalocean的账户莫名其妙被封

开始的时候是上午发email说“你摊上大事了，快看我们的support页面”
然后就看到要提供信息“
-Your Name
-Location
-Phone Number
-Type of Traffic you will be sending from the server
-1 or more of the following:
1. Your public twitter handle
2. Your blog
3. Your company or personal website
4. Your public facebook profile”

我就问是怎么回事啊，还没收到回复，账户被lock了，演示站无法访问了。

发了4个ticket，总算有人告诉我“There was a network event associated with your account which violates our AUP/TOS which is why we can not unlock the account.”

但是问他具体是怎么回事，他又说“Unfortunately we can not disclose this information because if it is made public it will then be used to circumvent our automated fraud detection measures.”

到现在我也不知道到底出了什么问题。
