培训出来是否应该包装简历？

所以我现在面试除了稍微问一些面试常见题以外，还增加了手写代码的环节。

0 errors,0 exceptions

垃圾。该杀头。

当过面试官(面试的人是三位数)，
也有认识的是从培训机构出来的——有的比较有想法，感觉大学学不到什么东西，就找个培训机构培训一下参加工作;也有跨行业被培训机构连哄带骗弄进去的
培训机构的“老师”会鼓励，甚至帮你“包装”，一是人家想要就业率，二是为了兑现之前招你进来时的高薪承诺
0 基础培训 3-6 个月出来简历就敢写两三年工作经验，开口就要 10K+
能不能找到工作呢？我相信肯定会有，毕竟有概率在那
但是只要面试官有些经验，随便几句都就知道你几斤几两
并且，如果你写的两年经验，面试官就会以两年经验这个级别的面试题来问你，最终你就会低于他的期望值

这不是包装，这是造假好吧

不管在座各位是不是管理者，我觉得都应该坚决抵制简历造假。首先简历不诚信的人，工作中也别指望他诚信。招来一个水货，坑的是全团队的人。如果你觉得这样招人也没问题，那么祝你好运。

英语还可以，几个地方单词没敲对而已，Was it properly 没问题

我认识一个应届的培训出来，简历造假 2 年经验在上海找到 7000 的工作，公司是刚组成的，可能老板也知道他造假，不过认为他能干活，就不说那么多了。

你这是骗谁呢……不能打中文的话这个全角逗号怎么来的？

楼主骗你有什么好处？我经常遇到 V2EX 打不出字的问题，标点还是打的出来，就是拼音候选字页面弹不出来。

Here's my two cents.

IMHO, it makes NO sense to fraud how many years experience you've had in the industry.

Put it another way, what really makes differences is things you've accomplished in the past years, such as open source projects you've contributed to on Github, insightful idea into the particular problem you was facing, hands-on projects, etc..

The only thing can be measured by time is age, PERIOD.

Your intelligence are certainly NOT going to proportional to your age, the elder ever and never will mean smarter, it is really important to keep this in mind.
