没有收到邮件 今天用不了来看看 ex

我也被封了。还不给解封。很烦

被封+1 ，没有提示，申诉直接被关工单

@huladandan1999 同。我 4 月份才年费开通的。拉扯了 5 天了还没给我解封。直接继续回复工单，工单就会被打开。我已经直接指责他们违反消费者保护相关的法案了。最后再看他们怎么回复吧。

同，没有收到邮件就直接封了。你们提交工单后多久会有回复？

我的 github 小号也被禁用 copilot 了，问过不给解封，之前被封过，用 paypal 付的申请退款了，这次直接用信用卡付的，在信用卡 app 里也申请了退款了。

@IwfWcf 第一次提交一天，第二次不回复直接把我工单关了，第三次我再打开半天就回但是态度很不好

@aju #28 我用的学生认证，那边客服回了一次后就懒得理我了。。。打算借同学的邮箱再开个新号

@IwfWcf 快的话两三个小时，满的话 1 天左右。我昨晚告诉他们说要通过消费者保护渠道升级此事之后，今天他们退款了。

@huladandan1999 懒得用了，我打算试试阿里免费的通义灵码，看看国内的效果是不是真的那么差。如果通义灵码效果还以，一年还省 700 多元钱呢。如果国内的效果差太多，再换号开也行。

@huladandan1999 态度是很让人火大，回复了不解封后被关了工单，我再次回复打开后居然直接无视又关了工单

@IwfWcf #36 也不知道国外的客服都这样还是个例，习惯国内再流氓也叫你亲了😂

@huladandan1999 我在 Account 分类下提了两个工单，问题类型是 Billing 的那个被拒了，类型是 Other 的成功恢复了

@IwfWcf 估计是派发到不同的客服那去了，有些客服没那么严格

一样，前天被封了。申述会回复了几次，再次打开工单就会被直接关闭，回复都没有，而且不给解封
